Production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on item type and facility workload.

Estimated delivery times after production:
・United States: 5–10 business days
・Canada: 6–12 business days
・Singapore / Taiwan: 7–14 business days
・Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs, or holidays.

We do not charge sales tax, VAT, GST, or import duties at checkout.

Depending on your country’s law, import duties or fees may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
・Size issues
・Change of mind
・Color/expectation differences
・Incorrect addresses
・Unclaimed or refused packages

Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items may be eligible for a replacement or refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

Please contact us within 30 days with:
・Your order number
・Clear photos of the issue
Approved cases will be replaced or refunded.

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it,
please check with neighbors, your building, or the carrier directly.

Cases where the package is marked “Delivered” but missing are not always covered, and eligibility depends on the circumstances.

If tracking does not update for an extended period or the shipment seems lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
